Picklesandicecream.com offers both online and in-store gift certificates. Online gift certificates can be used only at www.picklesandicecream.com. In-store gift certificates can be purchased via the website but can only be used in the specific store. Online certificates can be emailed to the recipient or a paper certificate can be mailed. And, of course, we can do both if you would like.
Please note that Gift Certificates (both Online & In-Store) are created manually during regular business hours Monday through Friday. You will receive a confirmation of your order via email, but the E-certificate and/or Paper Certificate will be sent on the next business day. If you need to receive your certificate faster, please include a note in the comments section of your order or email email@example.com with your request.
In-Store Gift Certificates are processed at the local store level. If you use a Debit Card for the purchase, you may see duplicate pending charges on your online banking center. This is due to the way banks handle debit transactions. You will only be charged once, and the second authorization will fall off after 2-3 days depending on your bank's policy.

We want the Return Process to be as simple as possible for you because we know you have way more important stuff going on.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 21 DAYS OF THE DATE WE SHIPPED YOUR ORDER. We by all means don’t want you to be stuck with anything you don’t like or doesn’t fit, but we are a small online operation and cannot accept items returned past the 21-day Return Period. If you feel you are getting down to the wire, please call or email us. Returns received after the 21-Day window without prior notification will be returned to you. Sorry, no exceptions.
If you are unhappy with your purchase…
1) Return your item(s) along with the green return information slip and a note indicating the reason for the return. Write your RMA # on the outside of the package.
2) Just ship your package (postage paid) back to this address via any trackable carrier:

Once your card has been refunded, we will send you an email notification. In the event of a store credit, we will email you instructions on how to redeem it on your next transaction. Any discounts or coupons applied to an order will be taken into consideration when calculating refunds or store credits, thus you may not receive full value for the return of a single item if the remainder of your order no longer qualifies for the discount/coupon.

If you receive any goods that have been damaged, please let us know immediately. Any damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Please follow the manufacturer’s care instructions carefully as Pickles & Ice Cream Maternity can not be responsible for damages that occur during the dry cleaning, laundering, tailoring or misuse of merchandise.
Exchanges: Please call or email to let us know you would like to exchange your items. We will hold the desired item until your return comes in. If you can’t spare the transit time it takes to send the return and receive the exchange, please let us know and we will ship the new item before your return arrives back to us. We are always a phone call or an email away. Exchanges are handled as a new purchase. We will charge your credit card when we ship the new items. Due to the rising cost of shipping, we will no longer offer courtesy shipping on exchanges as of May 21, 2008.

Most orders received by 2pm CST will ship that same day. Some items will ship in 2-3 days. Your package will arrive via UPS Ground unless specified otherwise before the transaction is complete. Again, we are always a phone call or email away if you need assistance. Please verify your billing information prior to placing your order. A delay can occur if your billing information does not match the information that your credit card company has on file. We always verify any discrepancies prior to processing an order in an effort to protect our customers.
Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will not ship until Monday. Orders that need to arrive to you on Saturdays or via First Priority Overnight, please call us so that we can insure it’s processed appropriately and with the utmost priority. Please keep in mind though that once we process the Priority request to UPS and they take the package, the responsibility falls on them to deliver it on time. But, please call us and let us know if we can help remedy the situation. We know how important it is to be dressed for success whether in business or play.
As much as the word “Guaranteed” means, sometimes weather and other acts of God happen that are out of any person’s control. You will be responsible for all fees and return shipping costs if you refuse the shipment.

We will gladly ship to anywhere we can around the world. When choosing one of the UPS Worldwide services and/or UPS Standard to Canada shipping options, you are accepting all duties, taxes, brokerage and/or customs charges imposed by the in-bound country. These fees are billed separately by the carriers and not collected by us. When shipping international, we do know that even a pound in extra weight can sway the costs by $8-10 so we will take precise weights to save you as much as we can.
