Gift Certificates
Picklesandicecream.com offers both online and in-store gift certificates. In-store gift certificates can be purchased via the website but can only be used in the specific store. Online gift certificates can be used only at www.picklesandicecream.com. Online certificates can be emailed to the recipient or a paper certificate can be mailed. And, of course, we can do both if you would like.
**Gift Certificates are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.**

Please note that Gift Certificates (both Online & In-Store) are created manually during regular business hours Monday through Friday. You will receive a confirmation of your order via email, but the E-certificate and/or Paper Certificate will be sent on the next business day. If you need to receive your certificate faster, please include a note in the comments section of your order or email custserv@picklesandicecream.com with your request.
In-Store Gift Certificates are processed at the local store level. If you use a Debit Card for the purchase, you may see duplicate pending charges on your online banking center. This is due to the way banks handle debit transactions. You will only be charged once, and the second authorization will fall off after 2-3 days depending on your bank's policy.
